Service Scope: Pet Fresh provides pet waste removal, litter box cleaning, and odor control services as selected at booking. Service is limited to accessible areas only.
Access & Safety: Clients are responsible for providing safe access to service areas. Gates must be unlocked and pets secured. Unsafe conditions may result in skipped service without refund.
Scheduling: Appointment times are approximate and may change due to weather, route efficiency, or unforeseen delays.
Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged.
Payments: Payment is due at the time of service. Recurring services may be billed automatically.
Weather: Services may be postponed due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.
Liability: Pet Fresh is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, hidden hazards, or normal lawn wear.
Odor Treatments: All treatments are pet-safe when applied as directed, but results may vary based on conditions.
